My background includes more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience across financial services, real estate, international business structures and e-commerce.
Along the way, I have built businesses, taken responsibility for sales and growth, and designed operational processes. Developing proprietary business software became part of that work early on.

Internal ERP · Product Owner
A proprietary, self-funded ERP system for e-commerce operations. My role was Scrum Product Owner. The system was used internally, without a public product launch.

Build to Leave™ and P17
Today, through CEOPRENEUR, I focus on the dependence of owner-led businesses on their owners.
With Build to Leave™, I am developing a methodology to embed knowledge, decisions and responsibility within the business. P17 is the accompanying diagnostic in development, intended to reveal dependencies and help prioritize changes.
The goal is freedom of action as an entrepreneur: being able to choose the role you take in your own company.
The company should work for the entrepreneur — not the other way around.
